Healthy sandwich for lunch!
IDEAS for a snack
Ingredients (for 4 sandwiches): vegan sauce or mayonnaise, 2 peppers, 2 large tomatoes, 250 g oyster mushrooms, 1 onion, 4 leaf lettuce, oil, salt, bread or rolls
Preparation: Wash the lettuce, peppers and tomatoes. Clean and chop onion and mushroom cut so that they remove the ends. Slice the tomatoes and peppers into rounds. Lettuce, onions and tomatoes leave fresh and season with salt and oyster Fry in oil. When oyster mushrooms are ready, remove them, and then use the same oil Fry pepper prior to roasting, which also needs a little salt. Cut two slices of your favorite bread. Rub on both slices vegan sauce or mayonnaise. On one of the slices stack row roasted peppers, tomato slices, grilled oyster mushrooms, onions and lettuce and cover another slice.
