Seitan stroganoff
Ingredients: 500g marinated seitan cut into matchsticks 1 cm, 2 finely chopped onions, 2 tablespoons olive oil 200g button mushrooms, 1 dl soy cream softened with juice 1/2 lemon, 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon rice malt ; 1 -2 pickled cucumber sliced into rings 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, 2 oz vegetable broth or water, 1 dl of dry white wine.
Preparation: Ten minutes saute onions in ulju.Dodajte mushrooms and saute them until soft.Pour with wine.Add seitan, mustard, and after 5 minutes vegetable broth.Cook covered for 20 minutes on low heat and stir periodically.Add mixture of cream, cucumbers, salt and pepper. Serve with a side dish of your choice.
